Fast checks

1. Use the history-only HTML or JSON file from Google Takeout.
2. Keep the tab open while the browser parses a large export.
3. For Full Story status or recovery, sign in with the account used at checkout.
4. If bounded report recovery has expired, keep your original Takeout export and start a new local analysis.

Purchase or refund request

Include the purchase date and the email associated with the Clerk or Stripe flow. Never send a Takeout file, watched title, channel, URL, screenshot of report content, or API key. Requests are reviewed case by case. A refund or payment dispute revokes paid access; applicable statutory rights are not limited.

Hosted Memory launch gate

Hosted Memory, MCP, history chat, and evidence-cited recommendations are unavailable and not sold today. The owner-approved future package banks one complete included UTC calendar month without starting its clock. It begins only on actual service activation. The future $9 monthly or $50 yearly renewal remains unavailable and gated on Memory integration, provider funding, an authorized discovery source, retention, and billing. There is no automatic sync. Do not email history exports; Full Story submission occurs only through its explicit encrypted in-app consent flow.
